Schools and Family Learning Manager, St Marys Guild Hall

The role of the Schools and Family Learning Manager is to work with the city’s diverse communities to develop and manage learning provision for schools and families. This role is key to the delivery of the Activity Plan helping as many people as possible, and a diverse range of people, engage with the heritage of the Guildhall through learning and participation. You will work as part of the project team that includes a Community Engagement Manager.

Community Engagement Manager, St Marys Guild Hall

You will work as part of the project team that includes a School and Family Learning Manager.

Marketing Manager, St Marys Guild Hall

Reporting into the Heritage and Venue Manager, The Marketing Manager will develop brand identity for St Mary’s Guildhall and increase awareness to improve engagement and acquisition with primary and secondary audiences (education, community, heritage and commercial).  You will define messaging to target specified audiences and prospective customers, as well as retaining existing ones.The ideal candidate will deliver against a marketing strategy and output regular and consistent comms in-line with agreed calendars and timelines.  All activity will need to be tracked and analysed within a monthly report and compared against KPIs.

A big part of the role will be to generate marketing content / assets across print, PR and digital channels – this may include management of third party agencies / suppliers. The marketing manager will be responsible for brand guardianship and guidelines.

The ideal candidate will build awareness across local and national markets, work with existing clients and identify new revenue opportunities. Amongst other responsibilities, you’ll be required to write bids, attend networking events and work with the Director of Sales to support the sales function of Coombe Abbey Hotel.
