Schools and Family Learning Manager, St Marys Guild Hall

The role of the Schools and Family Learning Manager is to work with the city’s diverse communities to develop and manage learning provision for schools and families. This role is key to the delivery of the Activity Plan helping as many people as possible, and a diverse range of people, engage with the heritage of the Guildhall through learning and participation. You will work as part of the project team that includes a Community Engagement Manager.

Hotel Manager, Coombe Abbey Hotel

This is an incredibly, exciting position for a highly ambitious, suitably qualified hospitality professional.

The successful candidate will assume complete day to day control of the business which currently consists of 121 unique bedchambers, 11 conference and events spaces, the largest of which can accommodate up to 500 guests. A dedicated mediaeval banqueting hall & 80 cover restaurant. You will play a pivotal role in taking this fabulous property into the next stage of what has already been a truly amazing journey

Marketing Assistant, NOHM

The successful candidate will report into the Marketing Manager and will support them to ensure all marketing activities are executed in-line with strategies and to attain long-term growth for the company. Experience in previous marketing roles is essential and the candidate must be able to use relevant Software (such as Mailchimp, WordPress CMS, Microsoft Office and have some knowledge of Adobe programmes).

Responsibilities include:

  • Administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities
  • Supporting project / campaign execution
  • Conducting market and competitor research
  • Working in alignment with a content calendar
  • Building marketing emails in Mailchimp, including A/B testing
  • Scheduling social posts across all channels using Hootsuite (and occasionally Canva)
  • Community management
  • Liaising with suppliers on quotes / timelines and delivery
  • Updating content using WordPress CMS across several websites
  • Analysing data to feed into marketing report
  • Menu updates / print
  • Processing invoices / raising POs

Business Development Executive

We’re recruiting for a Business Development Executive to join our No Ordinary Hospitality Team.

The ideal candidate will build awareness across local and national markets, work with existing clients and identify new revenue opportunities. Amongst other responsibilities, you’ll be required to write bids, attend networking events and work with the Director of Sales to support the sales function of Coombe Abbey Hotel.
